We tell you about our relationships with third parties
We have limited relationships with third parties to assist us in servicing you, for example, by fulfilling customer orders or providing customer service. These service providers are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of the information we provide them. Additionally, we have business partners that provide services, some of which are co-branded. We clearly identify partner services and sites. When you request any of these products or services, you are permitting us to provide your personal information to the partner to fulfill your Request. We may disclose your information if we are required to by a law enforcement action such as a court order etc.

We give you choice and control

Discussion Boards, Blogs, and other community oriented functionality enable forum members to communicate with other members. To participate in these, we require that you register with a valid e-mail address. We may use your e-mail address in the event we need to contact you regarding your postings or to inquire about your community online experience. We recommend that care be taken in posting personal information on these message boards or blogs, as any information you post can be viewed or accessed by other users.

Ordering Online
When ordering online, we offer you the option of creating an eVetan "My Account" to store your contact, billing, shipping, and payment information so that you do not have to enter it each time you make a purchase. Your "My Account" information is stored on our firewall-protected servers. We request that you select a login name and password to access your account.

Use of Cookies
Your Internet browser has a feature called cookies. Our Site may use cookies. Cookies store small amounts of data on your computer about your visit to Site. Cookies alone tell us nothing about who you are or give us personally identifiable information about you.

The eVetan site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

Security Policy

eVetan protects your data with state-of-the-art equipment and procedures. Anytime you are logged into the eVetan Web site, you will be in a "secure session".

We even have employed an automatic time-out feature. If your session is inactive for more than 10 minutes, you are automatically logged out, preventing unauthorized access. Your payroll data is stored in data centers with state of the art security and redundancy features.
We have taken every reasonable measure to ensure that your data remains private.
